Had a very nice stay...

Liked: The location of the hotel was a little far out but very easy to get to with the excellent bus service. The room was lovely and quiet at the back of the hotel, nice big comfy bed, could do with some better pillows they weren’t the best. Good shower. Food was not amazing, have had better at other Toby’s. The staff in the restaurant however were very lovely.

Disliked: We arrived on the weekend and the neighborhood of the bob, loud music until 3 am were not impressive

Disliked: Room was far too warm, down to the fact it was so compact. For the price of £278 for the night not worth it. Walls covered in dirty stains

Loved our 3 day stay,...

Liked: The property was in a good location. Bus stop was right outside and the buses were frequent into the town. The oasis concert was on at the same time as the fringe which meant it took longer than usual to travel though. All staff from front staff, to waitresses to cleaners were all very friendly and helpful and made the stay enjoyable. Angela was so funny and friendly and gave us advice when we asked. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Edinburgh.
Disliked: Because it’s on a main road it can be a bit noisy but once windows are closed and you’re tired you do get to sleep.

Liked: Nice comfortable room, good breakfast, easy to get to the city centre and to the airport.
Disliked: The room was not sound proof at all, you can hear people talking in the other room. Also there is a busy road right outside, so it was quite noisy.
