Liked: Good location near paddington and loads of restaurants.
Disliked: Very small room and bathroom, squeaky bed, 5th floor without a lift with a big suitcase, no bedside table, just a small desk.

Not for people big on...

Liked: Good location, close to paddington station Staff were friendly and helpfulHad laundry (though the dryer is not powerful enough) and a little cute pantry at the ground floor with water etc
Disliked: - Room was not clean. There were multiple strands of hair in the bedsheets so I really didn’t want to sleep on it. (Caveat: I’m really big on cleanliness so this might be ok for someone else who has a higher tolerance)- 3 flights of stairs up, and it’s narrow. So just be prepared to carry luggage up.

Very pleasant, would come back...

Liked: Convenient central location, friendly and helpful staff, nice room (in an excellent state with modern fittings)
