Will stay at different hotel...
Liked: Cleaning maid was friendly, cleaned room every day.
Disliked: Room was dirty upon check-in, was provided with another room. No water during check in.

Liked: It was clean and close to universal
Disliked: The fragrance they used for the lobby was super overpowering as if they were trying to cover up a smell. It triggered a migraine and it never really went away way! I would seriously rethink having that strong of a fragrance in your hotel.

Liked: Extremely Disappointing Stay – Room 217I’m very disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. While the man who checked us in was kind enough to offer us an upgrade—switching from a room with two beds to one with a king bed—we ended up in a room with two beds anyway. It felt pointless, as my daughter and I sleep in the same bed.The room we received, Room 217, was not at all what we expected. The photos on the website were misleading—the room looked outdated and felt more like a motel than a hotel. To make matters worse, there was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor, which was extremely unhygienic.Throughout the night, there was constant noise coming from the floor above—loud squeaking and what sounded like a child running and stomping for hours. It didn’t stop until after 10 p.m. and started again at 6 a.m., waking me up multiple times. By the time I got out of the shower and was ready to speak to someone, my daughter was already asleep, so I couldn’t go to the front desk to request a room change.Upon checkout, I told Zak at the front desk about the situation. Unfortunately, his only response was “sorry.” He didn’t offer to let me file a complaint, speak to a manager, or do anything to address the issue. That interaction left me feeling even more frustrated and disappointed.To top it off, I was quoted $240 for the stay, but I was charged nearly $300 after additional taxes and fees—completely unreasonable for the quality of the room and the experience overall.I’m extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning.
