Pleasantly surprised.

Liked: Do not be led by any negative reviews! Great location for business or leisure. ALL of the front desk clerks were awesome and very welcoming. Zack, your awesome man! Here are some the details:-First off, the whole place smelled great. Rooms are clean and spacious. It felt safe and welcoming.-Universal Studios about a 20 min walk. Great restaurants within 5 min walk. Convenience stores are a minute walk.- Starbucks across the street.The pool was a little on the small side but that was not a deal breaker for my family. the pool is in doors and is heated.There is everything you need, if you are like me, around you so don't have to drive in the L.A. TRAFFIC. I will be coming back again and again.

Liked: Location, cleanness, and staff
Disliked: I booked the two rooms for the family through booking. com regarding free breakfast. Once, While I was checking in and asked for the breakfast tme, the receptionist said that we don't provide the breakfast here. I was so frustrated because I chose this hotel due to free breakfast. When I checked the reviews through Google, I found that this way how the caught up their customers , but the reality is no breakfast. I hate to say that it is a dirty game. Why they didn't update their data on booking.com or Google. It's not the first case with this hotel. Honesty is the best policy.

No hot water in the...

Liked: The location was great for universal studios.
Disliked: There was no hot water to shower both evenings. I informed the guys at the desk in both occasions, I also emailed the manager and had no response.
