Liked: The only good thing about this hotel is the location
Disliked: The hotel was dirty. We saw a cockroach the second night of our stay crawl out of our sink. The TV kept coming in and out, and there was a point in time when we were out of television for over 24 hours we could not speak to staff because the majority of them did not speak or understand basic English we have stayed in OC every year for the past 5/6 years this was our first and final stay at this hotel we actually cut our trip three days short because we were so disgusted and wanted to leave when we checked out. Nobody asked why we were leaving early. How our day was nothing I’m sorry but when somebody checks out of your hotel three days in advance, you might want to check why.

Liked: everything was close to the location, it was clean, staff was always very nice, all around a wonderful place to stay.
Disliked: the TV’s didn’t have streaming services so I recommend bring something if you plan to stream any movies or tv shows at night or for kids.

Liked: The location was great! Close to everything, loved the bar and the bartenders. Very comfortable and my toddler loved it. Water was hot. Room was clean
Disliked: Tub was moldy but I went and got stuff to clean it lol next guess will appreciate that.

It was a nice room...

Liked: I love the set up of the suites with the beds being partially separated for some privacy. The jacuzzi tub was a nice extra touch. It was nice to have a bar at the pool with food.
Disliked: Several ice machines were broke so I had to go searching for ice. There was some mold around the faucets in the bathtub but other then that it was pretty clean.

Best value & location

Liked: Location and the layout of the room. 2 king beds in separate rooms - can't beat it.
Disliked: Rooms and common halls are beat up, showing age.

Disliked: Bathroom had mold all over ceiling, every plug was almost falling out of wall. Serious fire hazard. Needs minor updates..paint, cleaning
