Tidelands Caribbean Boardwalk Hotel and Suites

No Frills Beach Hotel.

Liked: The convenience, easy on and off the boardwalk. Close to everything.
Disliked: Its a decent place and I know its a no frills beach hotel but a little remodeling would make it very good.

Disliked: The parking sucks, the rooms are shotty, it smells like urine in the halls, the ice machine on the floor didn’t work

Liked: Location was excellent. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Understandably all resorts charge the resort fee for amenities, but this was off season so pools closed, no other amenities and room only gets serviced on certain days and of course this was none of the days we were there.

Liked: The new pool par they were very welcoming and we enjoyed the time spent there.
Disliked: We stayed Friday-Sunday and Friday we didn’t have hot water Saturday we called and around 6pm in order to have hot water I had to let it run for 20 min to get kind of warm water, the next door people had kids running and yelling around 12 am, the ice machine didn’t work.

Disliked: Bathroom needed a little updating.

Disliked: Elevator broke down and our towels when we arrived to our room were wet and stained from the brass fixture they were on. We set them outside the door. No new towels were delivered
