Thomas Arms Hotel

The location in the town is in need of investment, it appears that the investment has gone to the out-of-town shopping malls, but the hotel is great with very friendly staff.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and inviting.
Disliked: The location in the town - it needs some investment.

Disliked: breakfast service slow no cereals or marmalades,jams offered , the full english wasnt very well cooked and presented .

Nice hotel ,bad position

Liked: The hotel was beautiful. Nice and clean and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Our rooms faced the main road and the traffic noise was horrible all night even with double glazing. Would put me off staying again.

Overnight stay

Disliked: Bedroom too hot, therefore window was left opened which meant the traffic noises kept me awake. Also, it would have been nice to have been offered breakfast.

Very good

Liked: Great breakfast on first morning though Sunday's was not so good.
Disliked: No mirror in the bedroom for use with the hairdryer. Getting in and out of the over-bath shower was tricky given that the heated towel rail was in the way.
