Thomas Arms Hotel

The location in the town is in need of investment, it appears that the investment has gone to the out-of-town shopping malls, but the hotel is great with very friendly staff.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and inviting.
Disliked: The location in the town - it needs some investment.

Disliked: I thought when I booked my room for £110 a night, breakfast was included but it wasn't, to pay an extra £20 ,I think is a lot ,to where you are

Liked: Breakfast on the Saturday morning was exceptionally good
Disliked: Breakfast on the Sunday morning was very disappointing especially after Saturday's. Friends arrived for a later breakfast and it was much improved from ours - chef had probably arrived late!

Stayed for work and would...

Liked: Obviously has been recently refurbished and the rooms were very well equipped and with a lovely new bathroom and shower.
Disliked: The room was so so hot, we had fans but it was still very uncomfortable at night even with the window open( but was quite noisy as next to a busy road)
