The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Right in the heart of the West End, around the corner from Trafalgar Square, with plenty of tourist attractions within walking distance.

Great location in the heart...

Liked: No doubt the location is the main plus here. Just betweeen Trafalgar Square and Soho and Covent Garden and near Picadilly Circus, yet not a loud street. Good breakfast, comfortable beds, reasonable stay.
Disliked: I expected a bit more from the Standard Twin Room. It was dark, stuffy and cold many times in the room. There was hair in the bathtub upon arrival and hair on the mugs in the room - not cool. For a four star hotel and the price paid, I expected much more.

Disliked: awkward getting in and out of the lift when you are carrying cases and have to us your card to operate the lift.When checking in seemed to take and age although I had dropped my luggage off earlier.
