The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Right in the heart of the West End, around the corner from Trafalgar Square, with plenty of tourist attractions within walking distance.

Disliked: The breakfast was a little disappointing.

Very good

Liked: Bed and linens were very comfortable, location excellent and breakfast very good.
Disliked: The room was very small and there was nowhere to put our (small) suitcases. We’re used to small rooms in London but having to keep suitcases on the floor is inconvenient. The room needs to be updated and carpet was stained.
