The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Right in the heart of the West End, around the corner from Trafalgar Square, with plenty of tourist attractions within walking distance.

Passable

Liked: The room was passable, the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The room was a good size and the air con is a bonus.
Disliked: The staff weren't friendly, the area beside the breakfast room (outside of the hotels control I believe) was unhygienic and did not smell pleasant.

Exceptional

The location was the best...

Liked: The hotel was located near Leicester Square and you can get around anywhere in no time. The room was spacious and and clean. Just wish there was a coffee table to put your stuff.
Disliked: Overall it was great apart from one particular male staff. The hotel was kind enough to keep our luggage after check out but since our flight will be 5pm we asked if they can hold onto our bags until 2pm and we will come back to collect it. When we came back at the hotel we asked the front desk staff if we can use the toilet before we head off and he was like “are you a customer here?”. We just literally collected our bags no way he couldn’t remember our faces. I know we are no longer customers but my husband asked nicely. His remark was very rude though.

Absolutely shocking, no thought for...

Disliked: I booked an accessible room as my husband is wheelchair bound. Arrived at the hotel and the room, which they said was accessible, was definitely not accessible. My husband couldn’t even fit through the bathroom door. Staff not really apologetic and didn’t seem to care. Our weekend that we were so looking forward to was ruined.

Weekend in London

Liked: Absolutely great central location for theatres, sightseeing, restaurants, staff were very polite and helpful. Check in very quick and easy
Disliked: Although we did not eat there , the choice on the food .menu seemed very minimal and basic.The location of the kettle station was not near to a plug socket, so the kettle had to be moved to the centre of the dressing table and plugged into a socket that was being used for the table lamp.

Disliked: Bar was closed when we went at 11pm would have expected it to be open until 12.
