The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Right in the heart of the West End, around the corner from Trafalgar Square, with plenty of tourist attractions within walking distance.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: The breakfast was a little disappointing.

Loved it. Relaxing time with...

Liked: Steve on reception was very kind, friendly and helpful. The early check-in was not available but his chat and support was great. I’d give him 10/10 for how he does his job. Breakfast great too. The mushrooms win!
Disliked: Air con was rubbish!

Location good, room underwhelming.

Liked: Location was good. People in breakfast room were nice.
Disliked: No fridge in room. Air conditioner was broken, a fan with a timer on it was left in my room. A note was left stating the AC had broken and they had provided complimentary water. I did not receive any water and fan only went for a short time before having to reset.

Excellent location if pricey

Liked: Excellent location, close to all the places we wanted to visit. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and lovely cool bed linen. Nice to have a coffee machine, and effective (and quiet) aircon.
Disliked: Average quality breakfast, not what I'd expect for the price. Bedrooms have paper thin walls so you can hear talking and tv from next door rooms. We were unlucky enough to have a family sharing several rooms next to us and along the corridor. We could hear and feel the doors banging shut as they regularly came and went between rooms. Luckily we were out most of the time and didn't want a lie in as we wouldn't have got one! Our shower head leaked and dripped constantly and couldn't be fixed during our stay, wasting a lot of water. The price of the hotel reflects the central location, not the quality of the hotel facilities.
