The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Right in the heart of the West End, around the corner from Trafalgar Square, with plenty of tourist attractions within walking distance.

Liked: check in was easy and staffs were very friendly.
Disliked: room carpets need better cleaning and room acoustic has to be improved since the sound (conversations) from adjacent rooms was disturbing.

Liked: The only thing i liked about the hotel was the location.
Disliked: The housekeeping was a disaster. One day i used ( don't make my room ) sign but still they cleaned it. The next day i put ( please do my room ) sign and i went in later at night and found a huge garbage bag full of the floor garbage in the middle of my room. I personally removed it and put it outside the room. The walls are so thing, i woke up every morning at 8am from the alarm in the room next door.

Liked: Location was brilliant and quiet. Room, bed and en suite very good. Staff were excellent, bright, cheery and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok but the orange juice was poor and the fried eggs had been standing around for a long time and were hard. The worst bit was that the floor was covered in crumbs. The tables were clean but we saw that when the customers left all the crumbs were swept on to the floor and not cleared up.

Disliked: After 4 tries and notifications, we had to take the separation of the beds (as explicitly promised in the booking!) in our own hands. Very very slow and poor service in this regard - or / and no communication within the staff.Otherwise the hotel was acceptable, not so clean an comfortable, but with the main positive: the great location!!

Liked: Very friendly personal, hotel centrally situated with major London highlights in close proximity, the wide offers for breakfast.View from the room.And: Special arrangement for our wedding day!
Disliked: Outdoor air conditioning fan on the building quite noisy.
