The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Right in the heart of the West End, around the corner from Trafalgar Square, with plenty of tourist attractions within walking distance.

Great location with excellent facilities...

Liked: Excellent location and surprisingly quiet for central London.Staff were very helpful and efficient. Early check in was very useful. The room was very clean and the shower was superb - one of the best I have ever had!Breakfast was good value with excellent choices and good quality food.Will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Not much really. It was expensive, but that is central London.

good location, few things need...

Liked: room was ok for what we chose, price was high due to the marathon being on. reception had to juggle with reception & covering the bar which was done very well. staff was very helpful nothing was to much trouble.
Disliked: bath & sink look well used possible change needed due to being 4 star hotel, location was what we wanted as we went to a show at his majesty's theatre. breakfast was fine, the evening menu did not have a much to offer, fish & chips, burgers, or curry, would like to see more on a 4 star hotel.

Liked: Centrally located off Trafalgar Square. The bar area in the lobby was a nice gathering area for our family
