Liked: The location was good
Disliked: I had to change the room 3 times, the first one had a view of the hotel’s machines and spider webs I paid alot of money for that one, I had to make an upgrade after 2 very bad days, the second room had an electric shortage lights electricity and AC were off and they told us that we had to sleep without electricity till morning, we made a fuss about it until someone from the staff heard us and talked to the manager and after that they moved us to the third room which only had boiling water showers that we couldn’t take a shower until they fixed it which is after 2 days… on the other hand the fire alarms everyday goes on beside the drills and hammers sounds next to our room woke us up every morning… very very very bad experience… never again…

Liked: The superior apartment is very spacious with everything you need. We included breakfast with our booking and it was well worth it. The location was great as we were going to a BST concert. The rooms are a bit pricey, but the location was the reason we booked it.

Liked: The property is brilliantly situated for Marble Arch and Oxford Street, set back with in a reasonably busy, but not too noisy street.
Disliked: Note only: The property is focussed on catering to partnering travel clientele, and as such is the overall ambience is very different to other hotels in the area. The carpets in our room were stained, one was wet, and so there must have been a spill (it looked like coffee?) in the centre of the room that had been blotted and not necessarily blotted up. We did this with a towel.

Liked: Great location for a concert in Hyde Park, hotel was very comfortable.

Good location

Liked: The view from our room was internal looking into internal section. Access into hotel with steps when carrying cases could be improved with a ramp. Customers smoking directly outside the hotel should be discouraged. The beds and pillows were so comfortable.
