Liked: I had an issue with my room booknig, but Luana sorted everything and even upgraded my room for me.
Disliked: the lifts took forever and there were quite a few snags in the hotel that need upgrading

Disliked: The elevator was super slow and inefficient ! Too small is capacity , used for the luggage too by porters !! You need to cater at least 15 minutes to get the elevator ! Hotel needs to find a solution for this !
