I would stay again and...

Liked: I always disclose that my first career was as a general manager in the hospitality industry with Marriott and Hilton, so I have fairly high standards when it comes to hotels. I also have realistic expectations. We reserved an executive king room with a sleeper soft. The room was much larger than we expected, really almost two rooms. Breakfast was included in the main dining room or in the executive lounge. Free snacks and wine/beer/soft drinks were available in the executive lounge. Breakfast was great. Location was a block from the Marble Arch tube station. Rooms were very quiet. Staff was excellent and responsive to our requests. The only negative was the late-night room service - only two options pizza or pasta. Pizza was a 30-minute delivery time, pasta was an hour and 45 minutes delivery time. We ordered pizza, it was delivered with no plates and no silver ware. Delivery guy said he would return with plates, etc., but never did return. On top of that the pizza crust was burned. I mentioned at checkout management is supposed to be addressing room service failure.

Perfect weekend away as weather...

Liked: Very clean and the room was very spacious and the bathroom was lovely and clean with a separate shower too.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Liked: Very central location; good selection of breakfast; rooms were big.
Disliked: The reception foyer is up a set of escalators and then if you are unable to take the stairs down you need to wait for a lift (one was out of order one day). The carpet in my room had a stain on it, but was otherwise clean.

Liked: While I was in my room taking a nap, a complete stranger suddenly entered without warning. The individual was speaking on the phone, saw me, and immediately left without any explanation.This intrusion was not only extremely frightening but also made me feel unsafe andvulnerable.I immediately reported the incident to your front desk staff. After a brief check, I was casually told that it was "just maintenance" and I shouldn'tworry. However, this response is unacceptable.Regardless of the reason, a person-especially a man-should not have entered my roomunannounced, particularly when the Do Not Disturb sign was clearly displayed on my door.As a woman traveling alone, this experience was deeply distressing. Even if the person had been awoman, it would still be a serious invasion of privacy and a violation of the basic expectationsof safety and security that any guest should be guaranteed.
Disliked: staff and management have not acknowledge my concern nor have replied to my email which was sent 5 days ago
