Liked: It’s good hotel. Just a road cross to Hyde park. When enter The Hyde park , just walk straight n u wil reach to lake which is very beautiful. Downstairs there is shel gas station from where u can pick water , juices etc. food street is at walking distance. Queensway railway station is 5 min walk. There is HOP OFF bus tour stop at the corner of the hotel. The property is clean ,lifts are fast & always available

Liked: We booked this hotel because it was close to the location, which we had to visit. It is opposite Hyde park, around 7min walking distance from the tube station. The area is full of restaurants, take-aways and gift shops, so you can find a place to eat easily. We liked the coffee capsules and complimentary water bottles, thank you! Not many hotels do this.The room was nice and clean and we had a really nice view over Hyde Park, reaching the London Eye. We will definitely come back if we need a hotel in this area again.
Disliked: The central air con in the room did not work. It was over 30 degrees outside. We were provided with a fan in our room, which unfortunately was not as effective as the central air conditioning would be, if it worked. My husband woke up with lots of muscle pain from the draft from the fan.We were on the 7th floor and only 1 out of 3 lifts worked, which was strange.There is no mini fridge in the room.My child was very disappointed because there were no cartoon channels on the tv.
