We had an excellent experience...

Liked: Location was very good. Close to bus and train stations. The room although small was very clean and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We enjoyed everything about the hotel.

Liked: I like nothing about the property. I was provided a room at the basement that makes a person feel breathless.The reception is very small with 4 small chairs.

Fantastic stay staff were very...

Liked: Location of Hotel short walk to 2 tube stations and opposite Hyde Park which was really nice especially as weather was so good. Staff were amazing so helpful and friendly and rooms were very comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms could be updated slightly in particular the bathroom - a decent sized shower and good shower head would be nice instead of the over bath shower. I think there is no need for bath in a hotel room

Perfect location

Liked: Good location, lot of good restaurants and caffees nearby
Disliked: Breakfast is very basic, I’m glad we didn’t purchase it for the whole stay. You will find many places nearby who offer excellent breakfast

Liked: The location is fantastic, just a stones throw from lots of great places to eat and the park too.
Disliked: The traffic for the lifts is too much so generally had to use the stairs
