Liked: My 2 daughters and I had an evening meal on the Friday evening we all ordered pie and chips sadly all 3 pies were still frozen in the middle so they had to go back !! Once cooked properly they were very nice . The waiter service was excellent he served us throughout our stay so polite and lovely to talk too.
Disliked: Only thing was the pies being still frozen !!

Very good hotel in an...

Liked: Hotel is well located for walking access to Soho, Covent Garden, British Museum (just round the corner) and the nearby tube station. Breakfast was buffet style but one of the best I've had. Everything seemed freshly made and the scrambled eggs were soft and creamy (which is rare). Staff were very helpful and responded to our request for more hangers very quickly.
Disliked: We didn't have much of a view out of the room, just straight onto another tall building but we weren't in the room much as we were out seeing London.

Liked: Fabulous location steps away from the British museum and easy access to the theater district. Breakfast ample and delicious.
