Exceptional

Liked: Great location! Very clean. We got a room away from the main street which was good. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed, the pillows were nice and firm. The room was nice and cosy. Complimentary water was a nice touch. The lady at the reception was lovely. Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the scrambled eggs.Would definitely stay again.

Bad

Disliked: Informed us of room booking cancellation an hour before check in. They were very unhelpful and had directed us to a new hotel more than a 15 minute drive away. They did not offer us a taxi.

Not the best experience

Liked: Location
Disliked: Noisy location ,no air conditioning or fridge .Bath /shower not ideal for anyone with mobility issues .Overall vastly overpriced .

Very good

Liked: We only used the hotel to sleep in because they did not do evening meals and had no bar where you could relax in the evenings before bed.The room was clean and tidy.
Disliked: The rooms were not suited for this weather and lift made you aware after problems when we checked in. There is no plug by the mirror so my wife struggled to dry her hair with hair dryer.

Liked: The staff were really friendly - even organised a super early check in for us after our 30 hour travel day! The room was quite spacious with a big bathroom. Super great location for travellers!

Comfortable, convenient, good value for...

Liked: Lovely staff, really central location and the shower pressure was unreal!
Disliked: Was hot but that was due to weather, provided two fans on arrival to help with the heat
