Was a good location but...

Liked: Room very warm, however a fan was provided, although didn’t make a great deal of difference but a good gesture
Disliked: Not enough plug sockets, none at all near bedside cabinets Lots of outside noise, bin lorries or roadworks, not sure

Lovely staff.appalling rooms

Liked: The location and staff.
Disliked: The tiny shower. If you are 5foot or under the shower in such a small area shoots behind your head. Dreadful.

Lack of air conditioning

Disliked: The room 415 was very very hot. We appreciate that the weather was very hot but as there was no air conditioning the room was impossible to sleep in or spend any time in. We spoke to reception and they provided another fan, however the fans made no difference. We were very disappointed. We have stayed at the hotel a number of times and this time brought friends whose room was also very hot. We will likely not stay again during the summer months.

Disliked: Broken tv lack of cooling in extreme temperatures .Rooms offer some comfort are now dated with old and used finishes

Will stay again

Liked: location is perfect, 10 minute walk to the Shaftesbury theatre, 20 minute walk to Kings Cross train station. Our room was perfect for our stay and was clean and fresh. Breakfast was standard. Staff on check in were friendly and helpful.
