Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Manager was warm and friendly and efficient. And as it is a motel not a hotel, I could park right in front of my room. great!

Liked: The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the room was large and clean. Even though our room backed up to a busy street it was very quiet and we didn’t hear the traffic. The breakfast was plentiful and and had many selections.

A comfortable stay

Liked: The location was fine, easy access to Palo Alto stores and cafes.
Disliked: The breakfast was okay, but the potatoes seemed like they'd been in a warmer for way too long.Also, no fruit available.When we first arrived, and every time we came back to the room, there was a strong odor, like disinfectant, that made it very unpleasant.

Liked: Location was convenient and staff was nice
Disliked: It was a slight upgrade from roadside motel. The rooms were uncomfortable and small with uncomfortable mattresses and cheep bedding. The bathrooms had rust and water damage. The worst was the smell.
