The location is very close...

Liked: The cleaning staff is very well organised and pay attention to details. To keep my stuff clean, I placed some papers underneath my stuff. The staff replaced it with a big clean cloth. I cannot put down the blind. Then one day the cleaning staff help me to put it down so that people in the opposite building cannot see my room through the window. I really appreciate his/her effort to make the room neat and tidy.

Liked: Amazing location. Close to everything. It was clean and cute.
Disliked: Crazy small rooms. Not uncommon in downtown London. Bed was a bit hard.

Liked: The room had strange smells. We had to keep windows closed all the time because bed was located next to a window with another building’ s windows right across. The room is very small, it doesn’t even has a closet for clothes. We have to keep suitcases on the floor with practically no room left to walk . The bed located next to a wall and one person has to climb over to get out of the bed that is very inconvenient. One thing that is really great is the location. You can walk practically everywhere . I found it quite expensive to pay just for the location.

Liked: the shower and bed were excellent-comfortable bed and relaxing shower. Toiletries available wee great as we wee travelling light, TV with apps was great. Staff were informative and welcoming.

Liked: the location is really good for you to just be able to walk in touristy places
Disliked: the mugs were not properly cleaned even after they cleaned my roomthe room was smaller than i expected but its okay since you should really stay outreceptionist was great even the bar tender. however the cleaners seems to be unfriendly, i asked for help and i felt i was A bother for her
