Fab 'Cosy' Hotel in a...

Liked: The location was great for us. Just between Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square. The hotel was very clean everywhere, reception, rooms, bar etc. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, courteous. While we didn't have the breakfast, it looked and smelt very nice. The rooms are very small (just in case you didn't know) but very nice. Once you get over the actual size of the room, it's a nice place to stay. Comfy Beds and very clean with excellent shower. Also our room did not have any windows, which was actually great as we slept in until 10am as no light pollution or outside noise!! Much needed rest. Bonus : In our Hotel every Tuesday and Saturday night until around 8pm is Cheese and Wine Night. All Wine and Cheeses are on the house!! Great selection of Cheese and freshly made breads and really nice wines. Thank You!
Disliked: Nothing other than the initial size of the room. If I had looked at the hotel details better before booking I would have known, but I was mainly focussing on location. I would deffo stay again.

Location. Cleanliness. Comfortable. Always Exceptional.

Liked: Location, ideal for theatres and attractions. Always exceptionally clean, our place of choice for seeing a show/visiting London. Slight free upgrade given too at check-in.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great stay in heart of...

Liked: Close to London sights. Clean and comfortable and friendly staff. Accommodated an early check in for me.

Pleasant

Liked: room was tiny but nice and clean
Disliked: there was a super bright, green LED on one of the light fixtures which lit the whole room up and the extract fan in the shower stayed on all night, making it very difficult to sleep :(
