Liked: Location to everything especially our theatre was brilliant. Staff were exceptional.

Liked: Location, clean, quiet, swift service, high tech room, air con.
Disliked: Had to climb over my mum to get out of bed. Very tight size room for 2 people. Breakfast was chaotic, disorganised. Over priced for what was offered. No toaster, just very dry pastries and flatbreads they heated for you. Only one type of sliced cheese, no meats. Coffee machine also had to be done for you but no one maning it. For £25 each I had one mediocre coffee and a cheese flatbread. I would have been better off going to Costa. Lack of privacy when using the bathroom.

Disliked: Perhaps the accessibility of the room would not be great for a wheelchair person due to bed being enclosed on 3 sides. Not an issue for us though.

Definitely recommend

Liked: The location was excellent for our trip to West End Live in Trafalgar Square. Also just a short walk to Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus and many London Theatres. The room was immaculate and more spacious than I thought it would be (Queen Room). Nice range of complimentary drinks: water, different types of tea, coffee and milk.There was a noisy pub opposite but the room was totally sound-proofed. We did not hear any noise from other visitors in the corridor or people/traffic in the street. We had a great sleep!
Disliked: The only extra we could have done with in our room was a small fridge to store our packed lunches for the next day.
