Very good
Disliked: It was VERY small. They didn't have small washings, which made showers difficult.

Liked: Amazing location! The hotel itself is also very nice and the staff were very nice.
Disliked: It is quite expensive given how small the room is. Also, as a fair warning to friends traveling? The door to the bathroom was basically see-through so if someone is showering or using the restroom, the person in the room can see it all.

Excellent location, disappointing accomodations
Liked: The staff was professional and friendly. The hotel's location was ideal—just a short walk to all the sights, restaurants, pubs, and neighborhoods in Central London. A sizeable homeless population gathers near the hotel in the evening for meal services, but if you are alert and careful, you should be fine.
Disliked: The rooms are very small and the en suite bathrooms have clear glass walls. You can see into the bathroom from the bedroom area. The shower enclosure has frosted glass, but when the walls get wet, you can see the person showering - not ideal for this mom traveling with her 12-year-old son. We stayed at this hotel twice, in two different rooms. The second stay bed was so uncomfortable, neither of us slept a wink. The mattress was a 4" pad on top of a wooden platform that wasn't level. Avoid room 220 if you are looking for rest. This is a good enough hotel for anyone looking for a no-frills base camp in the heart of it all, but for the price, I can't recommend it.

Liked: Great hotel, good rooms. Nice bed and grest location.
Disliked: Staff when I asked a question on my first day to a young lady working at the desk she was friendly and courteous. 3rd day there I asked question to young man and he was short. Kinda of bother and just rude. Industry of hospitality you should smile and be friendly

Liked: I can’t fault the place northern location it’s surrounded by so many nice bars and restaurants and a very short walk from Covent Garden. Charing Cross, embankment, it’s just perfect
