Good for one person’s overnight...

Liked: The room was TINY but they made very good use of the space available. The AC worked GREAT! They could have installed more hooks for hanging clothes. I don’t know where winter guests would put their coats and no place to hang raincoats either. Unpacking was impossible- no good place for a suitcase even. Good for those coming in summer without any substantial luggage.
Disliked: See above.

Perfect for solo travellers and...

Liked: Location was really good. You are in Oxford street in 5 and 10 in Soho by walk. Room were clean and I like to bed and pillows. The smart tv was super good after a tiring day in london. Stuff were super nice and they can keep your luggage in the cafe area.
Disliked: Rooms are super small but it’s okey for solo traveller. Otherwise it can be quite cozy with companion and there is a window but you cannot open it and there’s a blur effect so kinda looks artificial light but it was okey for 3 nights, as I was only there to sleep and quick rest during the days. S

Liked: Location was perfect to local amenities. Tea and coffee facilities in room - good air con. Staff really welcoming and helpful. Offered cheese and wine from the care which is 24hours

Superb

Liked: The staff were exceptional, particularly Dominic, who was very kind. The blind in my room didn't close completely. For this trouble, Dominic offered me a complimentary buffet breakfast and a change of room. In addition, on my last day, while I was waiting to leave for the airport, he offered me a free latte. I was pleasanty surprised by his kindness. He and Ibrahim were very nice and friendly. Every time they saw me, they asked how my day was. They were attentive. Angus was also amazing and friendly. They certainly contributed to my great experience in London. The location is excellent. Lots of restaurants, pubs, bars, and coffee are by the doorstep. Chinatown, public transport, Oxford st, Trafalgar and Leicester squares are close and in walking distance.
Disliked: The room was compact. I wish it was a bit more spacious. But its in Soho, so central
