Did not disappoint; great stay. Everything you need for a London stay. Comfortable rooms; convenient location and friendly staff.

Disliked: The bathroom is ridiculous. You could see into the bathroom but not out. The gaps in the door and the fact it’s all glass made it very invasive 0 privacy and no sound proofing. It also faced the bed so basically a free show

Fantastic

Liked: The staff are absolutely exceptional. So welcoming and accommodating. It was our friends birthday and we requested for them to put a gift in her room on arrival. They went above and beyond by decorating her room when she arrived and made sure to keep us updated on everything. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you guys!!
Disliked: The room is quite small but value for money and location it was good.

friendly modern but compact hotel...

Liked: Poland street is a great location for exploring covent garden. The staff were very frienly and the place although compact, was very clean. Breakfast was good and staff were always keen to assist.
Disliked: Our room was smaller than expected but very modern and functional. The compact room has no ventalation so relies on air conditioning which in our case was not working with room temperature over 24C all night and opening the door to the corridor wasnt an option. Staff were sympathetic and did appologise in the morning.

Minimalistic but very comfortable

Liked: Bed was comfortable. AC was perfect during heatwave. Small but practical room. Great shower. Even had a free wine and snacks tasting included.
Disliked: There was nothing I did not like.
