Disliked: Air con wasn't very good and it was a really warm night, with the rooms having no windows it was very hot through the night

Disliked: Being located above a bar, you get woken up at 5am over the weekends whilst they clean up their glass bottles etc.

A perfectly located, clean hotel...

Liked: Staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive - very helpful. Cleanliness - rooms clean with tea/coffee making facilities and water. Perfect location for central London - lots of attractions in walking distance and Charing Cross Tube station only a couple of minutes walk away. Lots of restaurants/ fast food places very close by.Great location for theatres.Breakfast was lovely. Just enough choice. Complimentary cheese and wine/soft drink - children eat for free.
Disliked: Rooms are small but fine for sleeping and showering.

Liked: Staff very polite and friendly.
Disliked: Booked a Queens room with a window. Thinking my husband would not have to wake me up when he needed the toilet. The photo is very misleading.
