I would certainly look at...

Liked: How close it was to the theatre we went, The staff were really friendly ( not just polite they truly wanted to be really helpful), the room was compact just what was needed it was always at the right temperature what ever we chose . The tv and channel choice was great
Disliked: Could of done with any extra duvet or thicker one , it was expensive

Liked: We were happy with our stay at Z Hotel Strand. Nice staff, great location as well as simple check-in & check out process. We had no problems with outside sounds, even though the room was facing the Strand. Filtered water was always available, and our bags were looked after at no cost before and after our check-in/out.Room is on the smaller size, but do you really need more just for sleeping? This is not a hotel you will be staying at for 10 nights...I would recommend this hotel, as well a come back again.
Disliked: A little bit more focus could be put on cleanliness of the rooms/sheets/towels.
