Liked: Great staff, really friendly. Location can't be beat. So central for everything. Comfy bed and everything you need. Rooms are tiny but that's to be expected but they are perfectly formed. Air con was very effective so didn't feel stuffy at all not having a window.
Disliked: Having to come home at the end of our trip!

Liked: The location was excellent. About 3min. on foot from Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden. The room was, also, very clear and well-kept and the furniture was new.
Disliked: The room was too small.

Liked: Great location with quick access to pubs and restaurants and close proximity to major attractions A nice touch was the wine and cheese night offering
