The room was comfortable and...

Liked: The location was very convenient and much more modern/well kept than I anticipated.
Disliked: The people outside can be a little noisy at night. I know it’s no fault to the facility… but worth being aware of. Right outside the front door is a public urinal for the nearby bars.

Disliked: We booked a room with window but the staff gave us a one without window

Great location

Liked: Perfect central location for all the theatres, the staff were very helpful and nice, the breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: The rooms are pretty tiny and the see-through bathrooms are definitely something else!

Short but sweet stay at...

Liked: Right at the center of Soho. I was told the AC wasn’t working in my room at first. Turned out it worked so the room was cool and comfortable. The room is small but there was water, tea, water, electric kettle in the room. I was told they also served coffee.
Disliked: Generally it’s expensive to stay in Soho. But I got lucky to stay one day there when the cost was like 50£. So I’m not complaining

Disliked: Size of room, little atmosphere to previous stays, cut backs

Disliked: Smell, communication problem, reception staff not helpful enough, felt gone back a lot since last visit, a lot of cut backs, will not return
