Disliked: My room was the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, and didn’t even have a window. It was so gloomy

Great location….. tiny cramped room.

Liked: The room was very small. The plugs and light switches are very oddly located with some being inaccessible down the side of the bed. The shower did not jerk water just in shower part so it was difficult to keep anything dry when using the toilet or sink.
Disliked: Room too small for 2 people. No side to move around. Not really suitable for 2. One had to climb over the other to get out of bed.

Convenient, nice hotel… in a...

Liked: The location was very convenient to get to. Definitely a busy area… didn’t love the urinals outside the front doors, which contributed to some night time noise. But, for the value and location it overshadowed those negatives.
Disliked: The surrounding noise at night. My room was a little bit closet-like on the 5th floor… but it gave me somewhere to rest in between site seeing. So did its job.

Nice overall though small rooms...

Liked: Location, wifi, comfy bed, good tv, front desk and other staff friendly and helpful, happy they provided soap for showering. Conditioner and hand/body lotion would have been good, quiet room even though it faced inner courtyard, cafe with chargers and water was nice.
Disliked: Smallllll room, shower- water sprays everywhere outside the shower room itself onto room floor, the ac wasn’t working, staff provided a fan but was still stuffy, provide hair conditioner and hand/body lotion.

Disappointing

Liked: Very convenient location, friendly staff, clean.
Disliked: Room was extremely uncomfortable as there was no air conditioning and no windows. Staff provided us with two fans but they were not very effective in cooling down the room and were very noisy so we did not get a good night's sleep. Plus there was only two plugs in the room so to charge devices we needed to unplug the fans. Was given a free breakfast for the inconvenience but it didn't make up for it at all. You should definitely not go here in the Summer, you can find reviews saying their air conditioning is broken going back as far as 2023 so I guess this is not an issue they intend to fix. They should not put people in these rooms, if the temperature was any higher or we were more vulnerable people it could even potentially be a health risk.
