Liked: staff were very friendly and even helped me out with a early check in
Disliked: middle of the night someone knocked on my room, must of been around 1am. the tv stopped working.

Disliked: Smelly room and aircon not working. Rooms in the basement eventhough I paid more for a room with a window.
