Disliked: Could do with more privacy between bed area and toilet.

Liked: Modern decor.
Disliked: No window in basement room means slightly claustrophobic.

Disliked: I chose a windowless room in the basement which usually is fine but you could hear and feel the tube shaking the room throughout the night - bring earplugs if you’re planning on staying in a windowless room.

Liked: Great staff - so accommodating! Very clean, safe, and quiet. Loved the little cafe/lounge next to the lobby. Luggage storage was so helpful for exploring a little after checkout.
Disliked: Didn’t really bother me because I love trains, but you can hear the tube trains a little in the basement room I stayed in.

Liked: All the staff were friendly except the morning manager he was aggressive and non professional and Manssor the night manager he was polite and professional and he deserve to be responsible for the morning shift not for the night one
Disliked: Ac not working , no facilities , no ware drop, no space in the room to put the bags , no space around the bed to go in. Will never go there again , no chair inside the room except one small chair for the kids

Liked: The location was good, near the old street station and the lobby was decent. The staff were always quite helpful and very friendly. Wifi was decent
Disliked: The room was tiny, like a prison cell. I could touch the shower wall with my foot from my rock hard bed. The window i had led to an external fire escape stairwell, so you couldn't open a window or let the blinds open as you'd have someone able to look right in. The Air Con was terrible, so loud and then the room was roasting - not a comfortable stay at all
