Liked: Room is fantastic, second time staying there and no issues at all. For the price, of course considering London costs, you don't get much better in terms of value for money.
Disliked: No option to check in a bit early, a bit of confusion with that. Also some confusion among staff in regards to the menu, what items were available, what wasn't. Very small thing though.

A horrible, miserable, grubby room...

Liked: Reception area was pleasant with pleasant staff.
Disliked: A window on the ground floor you could not open because passersby leaned up against it to smoke or chat on their phones. A tiny basin so small with side tap that I had to spit in the toilet when brushing my teeth and fill a water bottle to rinse my mouth. The pillows were old and the bedding grey. The kettle consul was grubby needed a good clean. It was advertised as a double room but was a postage stamp. The room was noisy, people constantly stood outside window and there was an intermittent noise, not sure if it was the lift or A/C? Stayed in several good Z's but this room was really bad...avoid. A grubby hovel.

Liked: The room was better than expected, despite the tiny size we were not uncomfortable. The glass door to the bathroom was frosted, removing awkward moments for family stays.
Disliked: The smell from the bathroom. Stuffy on the second level of the bed even with the air conditioner running
