Liked: Excellent welcome when we arrived. The location was great and the standard of the rooms, bedding, shower etc was also excellent. The staff were super. They obviously have been trained very well and were so friendly. Every member of staff made such an effort to help and make sure our stay was good. The air con in the bedroom was amazing and appreciated during a heatwave!
Disliked: We had a basement room, which was high quality and spacious. However, we had to have the blinds closed all the time, as it looked out to the laundry cupboard and staff entrance. This needed to be accessed by members of staff and we were also conscious people in the street could see into our room. We could not hear the traffic but we could hear staff working outside our window at times. It was only for one night, so we did not request a room change.

Mediocre - there are better...

Liked: The upgrade for £20 was nice and the room had full sky tv.
Disliked: The check in process was difficult and with reception being a few doors down, I had to ring a mobile to get assistance. The room was supposed to come with ironing facilities, it didn't and I had to request these. The TV didn't work to begin with.
