Liked: Lovely place conveniently close to the train station Queen Street, which made this hotel a perfect start for our trip into the highlands

Liked: Staff were great, I was able to get checked in a bit early which was great, I'd only gone in early to drop my bag off so that was a nice bonus. The public areas and room were very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Fantastic base for exploring central...

Liked: Room was quite small and you had to climb over the bed to reach the window. The issue with the transparent bathrooms remains.Bed was extremely comfortable. I have seldom slept better. Location could not have been better. I felt that it was slightly expensive especially considering that the breakfast was not included.
Disliked: Breakfast was expensive and was basically a continental buffet with the addition of a bacon roll. The roll itself was delicious. Very disappointing selection of hot bar food in the evening.

One night in Glasgow

Liked: Central location right in the city centerGreat shower Small room but perfect for a short stay
Disliked: The TV didn't seem to work but I didn't want to use it anyway. I was out the whole visit. Just used the room to sleep.

It was okay

Liked: Location was central to the things we had planned.
Disliked: Unfortunately the bed in our room was broken and dipped into the middle. We did not find this out until after midnight at which point it felt ro late to ask for a room transfer.
