Disliked: Family rooms need more space. It's too small to navigate the room when occupied by 3/4 people and nit enough luggage space

Liked: Location was great, a hop and a skip from Covent Garden, an easy walk into the West End. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room access was from 1500 but they kindly let us into the room at 1200.
Disliked: Z Hotels are different, ;-) Much smaller rooms than a usual hotel, you have to be very comfortable with who you are sharing a room with, but for a single night, bang in the middle of the West End, it represents great value.

Disliked: Our room had no window. The bathroom/toilet was just a screen in the room so no privacy. I booked via booking.com and it was supposed to include breakfast but when we arrived the guy on reception said breakfast isn’t included via book.com?
