Good

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Clean room.
Disliked: Some parts of the hotel look like they need some refurbishment. The room was really really small.

It was adequate but I...

Liked: Hotel was clean and convenient
Disliked: Was woken at 4.30am by street noise. Room was very small. No instructions for the room especially the different light switches, aircon.

Exceptional

Liked: Located at the central and easy to travel to most attractions in London, highly recommended.
Disliked: Good location, lovely cleanliness room and have everything you needed when overnight stays. Helpful and friendly staff also good atmosphere surrounding.
