Liked: Great location, welcoming staff. Easy to get into the hotel after hours.Clean and functional double room with large ensuite and complimentary shower gel/ shampoo/ tea/ coffee etc.Great air con and lovely and quiet - especially for such a central location (4th floor room).Very comfortable (if slightly smaller than expected) double bed.
Disliked: I hoped that there would be an option for room service and would have really appreciated additional complimentary toiletries, such as hair conditioner and body lotion, especially in the recent heatwave.Equally, an iron/ ironing board and additional hanging space/ area to open our suitcases would have been helpful.

Perfect location, perfect room and...

Liked: Perfect location, clean and tidy, friendly staff who were always willing to accommodate any requests such as extra teabags and fresh towels (very hot so lots of popping back for showers). Highly recommend, booked a room without window, wasn’t sure how I’d feel about it but didn’t bother me in the slightest.

Liked: Everything worked very very smoothly. Check in was quick and easy in the room was ready a bit early for us. Bed is comfortable and the air conditioning worked. While we had a pretty dark room they had a small window up top with an open and close shutter which helped get some natural light. Location could not be better.
