Liked: Clean and modern in a good location and with good amenities.
Disliked: I was given a room without a window and the room was very small.

Boutique charm, lovely start, everything...

Liked: If you’re happy with a smaller room, Z Hotels are perfect. The room was very clean, modern, well-equipped and had everything I needed. It was lovely and cozy! I arrived around 4 hours before check-in to store my bag and the staff kindly let me have my room early, as it was ready. The staff were amazing - so polite, attentive and friendly. It’s certainly boutique in size, but the hotel itself is modern and very well maintained. Only a short walk from the West End and we liked the slightly quieter location. Nearest tube a very short walk away. Lovely cafe over the road with great coffee and brunch options.
Disliked: The bed itself was a little on the firm side, which isn’t my preference, but may well appeal to others. However, it was certainly not uncomfortable and would in no way put me off booking again!
