Liked: Excellent location. Room had everything we needed.

Great location & fantastic aircon

Liked: Great location, fantastic air conditioning (approved by the American I travelled with), queen bed definitely big enough to share with a friend. No window was not an issue.
Disliked: Only shampoo and body wash, no conditioner

Liked: Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Super clean and comfortable bed. Very good tv channel options.
Disliked: We knew the room would be small but it was tbh just a bit too tight for two people for 3 nights, even travelling quite light. Might pass knew a little differently another time knowing this.

Good location for a short...

Liked: The location was excellent, walking distance to covent garden and the west end and a few different tube stations.
Disliked: The air conditioner leaked throughout my whole stay and the room was always freezing. There’s also not much storage space to hang clothes so something to be aware of if you’re there for more than a couple days. If you’re coming in from a night flight and get in early in the morning don’t expect your room to be ready and there isn’t a spacious washroom at the hotel to freshen up in so you’ll just be using the cafe washroom.

Disliked: I didn’t mind the smallness of the room - it was cosy! But others may find it v small.
