Compact, clean, comfortable and convenient...

Liked: The room is precisely what it says - compact, clean and comfortable. I had a room with a window, but given the frosted glass, it probably didn't make any difference. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was of good quality. The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed an iron. There's a small bar/cafe if you need to escape the tiny room, but overall, it's convenient if you're working in that area and need a place to sleep.

Liked: Staff were amazing. The bar and Cafe down bottom was really good value for money.Place was airconned which was really good
Disliked: The room was tiny. 3 of us in a room with double bunks was really squishy. Barely enough room to put suitcases. If you come here with more than 2 people get 2 rooms.

Nice stay in London

Liked: Location and bathroom very clean :)) Staff were lovely and very helpful always.
Disliked: The bed was quite hard bit uncomfortable at first but got used to it haha. Also the underground with no windows / outside air was strange but okay.

Disliked: Bed very uncomfortable. Rock hard mattress and horrroblw pillows. No TV channels after 10pm… signal gradually deteriorating until only a few left?!? Bizarre. My room must have been next to a down pipe for the date water as lots of sloshing water noises…. Very noisy and not pleasant if it was toilets flushing?

Liked: Everything was excellent, small room but very comfortable.

Disliked: The room was extremely small, with just a double bed and barely any space to move around. There was no proper ventilation, making it very humid- the disposable moisture absorber on the window was nearly full. There was no window that could be opened, which only made the humidity worse. Housekeeping was done every other day, which felt like a cost-cutting measure that directly affected our comfort. When you pay for a hotel stay, you expect basic services like daily cleaning to be included. When I'm on holidays, I don't like to spend my time complaining about the room, but I do believe the hotel should be more conscious of guests' comfort and overall experience.

Liked: Location perfect. 10 mins walk to Strand, easy.

A room for the night

Liked: It was very convenient, clean and tidy. It was also a very hot night and the room's air-con was a blessed relief.
Disliked: Very expensive and as a tallish person, quite hard to get comfortable as the bed is flush with walls on 3.5 sides.
