Great relaxing time away with...

Liked: Friendly staff. Complimentary toiletries in the bar and spa toilets.
Disliked: Cleaning/linen trolley left in hallway.

4 star price mostly justified...

Liked: Hotel overall good quality and good size bedroom
Disliked: TV and Freeview were not working properly in room.No BBC channels at all. Reception staff member said said someone would go to the room to have a look but that did not happen. It seems that there is a problem with the hotel aerial but this should have been disclosed at check in. Breakfast rather basic-limited cold options including no cheese and insufficient hot veg options-eg sausages. Buffet cleared at 9.30 which is early for a large hotel.
