Very good- would stay again.

Liked: A great location, close to my brother’s house and a short distance into the city. Supplement to pay for parking. I didn’t have time to use the spa or pool unfortunately and the price obviously reflects that these are available for guests.Didn’t stay for breakfast - would have cost £14.
Disliked: A bit of a rabbit warren with a surprising number of bedrooms- some improved signage would help.There are 2 lifts, but beware one only services floors 2-4 so if you really do need a room by a lift then make sure you clear that detail.

Very good

Liked: Nice room and great spa facilities.
Disliked: Staff friendly, but some could use more training. Lots of staff at breakfast but tables were not regularly cleaned and set. Pillowcases/sheets could be softer. AC didn't seem to work
