Nice quiet location to rest...

Liked: Quiet and comfortable- great staff.
Disliked: No much really.

Liked: junior staff were pleasant
Disliked: The "welcome" was so poor we really didn't feel welcome. If we had not paid in advance we would have left. The common areas of the hotel were quite nice but the hallways and the room were quite shabby.

Liked: Property was beautiful and elegant! The room we stayed in was exceptionally clean and the bed was super comfy! Breakfast was fantastic and we had 2 courses for £19 each and the food was so tasty. Staff were super polite and friendly. Our stay was overall fantastic, will be coming back again as we were visiting family

Liked: Lovely building .very dog friendly . Bedroom * bathroom amazing. So clean .
Disliked: We had genius breakfast compliments of booking.com . Contional only .if we wanted a cooked breakfast, it would have been 11 pounds extra each . .we enjoyed the breakfast we had . I won't pay an extra 22 pounds .

Liked: Location and friendly staff
Disliked: Strong smell of dogs and carpet, although vacuumed, was dirty. There was also an overflow pipe outside bedroom (room 28) that spilled water onto the window sill and made very loud noise all night so got very little sleep.
