Liked: Location and friendly staff
Disliked: Strong smell of dogs and carpet, although vacuumed, was dirty. There was also an overflow pipe outside bedroom (room 28) that spilled water onto the window sill and made very loud noise all night so got very little sleep.

A very welcoming and comfortable...

Liked: The breakfast was freshly cooked. The staff worked very hard for their guests and were happy to help with any requests. The bedding was good quality along with the towels. It was clean and comfortable the lounge and bar areas had good seating to just sit and relax. The hotels situation felt secure and welcoming.
Disliked: Everything was perfect except for a gurgling noise from the toilet which we reported
