Good - but some small...

Liked: Staff excellent - really friendly & helpful. Room good - but TV didn't work so well, channels were all mixed up & static interference with signal. Even though room clearly booked for 3 people we only ever get 2 cups & 2 glasses - happens every time we stay here - so annoying as have to go to reception each time to ask for more. otherwise all good & good value for money
Disliked: Not enough cups / glasses provided - such a simple thing that could be so easily managed

Liked: Breakfast really good. Perfect location
Disliked: At the top of stairs so quite noisy and a strange smell in the bathroom
