Lovely stay in the Cotswolds

Liked: Excellent hotel in a great location. Had a deluxe room with a small fenced garden which was perfect for the dog (who even got her own goodie bag). Bed was super comfortable. Staff were excellent, very attentive and nothing was too much. Had dinner and breakfast there, both were great. Will definitely come back, thank you.

Cute, old hotel! Lovely staff...

Liked: Cute old hotel! We loved our room, it was comfortable and clean. The breakfast included was great! We also enjoyed a nice Sunday roast in the restaurant.

The room we got did...

Liked: The bed was really comfortable and I loved the vintage style of the room, especially the four-poster bed. Great location too: right in the middle of Moreton-in-Marsh. We also appreciated the little radio, good sound insulation, a tasty breakfast, and the modern shower (even though the listing showed a proper bathtub too).
Disliked: Unfortunately, the room didn’t match the pictures. There was no private garden door as shown in the pictures, the carpet was not very clean, bathroom floor was dusty, and the bathroom door was difficult to close. The decaf coffee sachets were out of date, there was no fridge, and one of the waitresses at breakfast was a bit rude.Nice aesthetic, but overall not worth £220. The room needs better upkeep and more accuracy in the listing.

Fabulous room, lovely location, staff...

Liked: The room was fabulous, exceeded expectations. Very tiny issues of dust, spilt coffee stain on bedside table but mainly great.
Disliked: Reception & bar staff friendly. Breakfast Staff were functional, polite but just going through the motions. The most animated staff were the housekeeping team who were bright & breezy. The rest looked pretty bored with life tbh. Waitresses gossiping in the restaurant.
