Liked: Bed was comfy thats about it
Disliked: Looked nothing like the photos. Iron burn in the carpet. Room was mega hot radiator in bathroom wouldn't turn off room was uncomfortablly hot had to have window open all night just to sleep. Radiator rusty and peeling wasnt value for money paid at all

Underwhelming

Liked: Check-in was OK. Room was comfortable and a good size.
Disliked: No WiFi in room (apparently it doesnt cover that far). Initial room I was given wasn't made up. Plug in bath broken. Sockets not working. One of those locaion where a little attention to detail would have a really big effect.

Nice hotel, great location, great...

Liked: Building and hotel decor was lovely, bar area was really nice, Breakfast was really nice. Rooms are spacious and bed is really comfortable, the room has what you need, dressing table area, hangers. good selection of tea and coffee and biscuits. I would stay here again and i would recommend, staff were really friendly and it is in a great location within the town.
Disliked: car park is tight on space. room was nice and clean, however my lamp in the room did not work, the kettle was not great, it didn't click off after boiling point and the the bin in the bathroom was broke. it was only minor details that let it down but for the price I thought we wouldn't have minor details.
