Liked: Period Inn with large comfortable rooms. Staff friendly & helpful. Free parking on site. Good pub food and breakfast.

Charming local hotel to Martock...

Liked: We were delayed getting to the hotel because of our luggage at Heathrow. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our situation and super flexible with late a check-in and checkout. The pub and restaurant were a nice bonus to end and start our day. The English breakfast was superb. The location of the hotel is very central to Martock, with a lovely local and traditional feel to it.In addition, I left my clothes in a drawer by accident, and the staff sent them back to me promptly. Very thoughtful and kind.
Disliked: The in-room facilities were a little basic. Tap and light in our room didn't work properly.

Lovely pub - just right...

Liked: Lovely traditional pub with friendly helpful staff. Good base for exploring beautiful Somerset.
Disliked: Nothing!

Super friendly host & lovely...

Liked: Owner of the white hart hotel was so friendly and welcoming. Great location for a wedding we were going to locally. Nice bar to have a drink in.
Disliked: Wouldn’t have minded a slightly bigger bed, but that may have been an option when booking.

Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful. Really spacious room, it was very clean and with a comfy bed. Very good value for money and exactly what we needed. Breakfast was delicious and a very good price!
