Liked: The staff was great. We got in earlier than planned (12pm) and the front desk attendant was kind enough to find us a room and let us check in sooner than regular.
Disliked: A few things from our stay:We got stuck in the elevator for about 7–10 minutes when we arrived. It definitely felt longer in the moment, but it wasn’t more than 10 minutes.The refrigerator seems a bit too large for the cabinet space—it doesn’t close completely on its own. When we arrived, the door was slightly ajar, and during our stay, we had to make sure it was firmly closed every time we used it.We only discovered this on our last night, but the microwave requires you to hold the door shut for it to work.Lastly, the toilet paper holder wasn’t secure, so the roll kept falling off.Just wanted to pass these along in case they’re helpful for maintenance or future guests.
