Liked: Because of the poor experience, I rate this hotel as 0
Disliked: The service was terrible. We checked in at 4pm and waited in the lobby for 2 hours. We checked in at 6pm. I was very angry! The receptionist was particularly unfriendly. Also, my reservation included breakfast, but we didn't get a breakfast voucher. I asked the front desk, and they told us that they couldn't find any information that included breakfast in the reservation. Why? I will not patronize again.
