Overall the Hotel maintained a very professional standard. Made sure I was rested before the concert!
Liked: The receptionist was kind. I had a bad experience at the Westin Gas Lamp. The bald guy was very dismissive towards me. At Bayview the receptionist was kind and ensured that I’ll have a great night staying there.
Disliked: The ceiling was leaking. and it made for an early checkout.

Not worthy of the Westin...
Liked: Good location, beds were comfy.
Disliked: Facilties were outdated, when we first checked in our room had mold above the shower and was musty smelling. We were put in a different room but could fully shake the musty smell.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Great staff
Disliked: By amtak train arrival was 1am Thursday, September 12th. You made me pay for Wednesday.. September 11th too. That was not right. I should receive a refund from Booking. Thank you

Not deserving 4 start for...
Liked: The lobby bar very good, especial manager: James is wonderful guy, knowledgeable about beer :) , with good brands of beer you can try .Breakfast is simple and basic , not too much choose; but waiter are very nice .
Disliked: The reception service still need promote , well I was not luck face a girl has poke face , she spoke low voice and fast which I have to asking repeat or need my daughter ‘s support to translated . It’s way to hard understand even my daughter complaint . If this hotel pursued for customer feel like at home , this lady should send back training again what is the customer service , it’s not how excellent English speaking , it’s soft and understandable for customer , just speak slow and suitable volume. I am a customer service area too , I knew what is personal emotional get affected to customer ; So disappointment for this lady ! Good point , later the another receptionist: Kioy (Sounds) she called to our room apologized . So I did release this mad ! 2nd is price , I did report booked 4 persons with 2 big bed , but they still charge me $45 due to bring 2 kids (19Year &16year with couple total 4 persons) Then they explained that booking. Com Did not notify them ! I will claimed later require refund ! It’s not about money , it’s about more underline charge after check-in .Also they double charge city tax : $100 to my credit card , though they said will return to us !The hotel equipment is very old , they renovated , but such shower / elevator .
