The Westin San Diego Bayview

Overall the Hotel maintained a very professional standard. Made sure I was rested before the concert!

Liked: The receptionist was kind. I had a bad experience at the Westin Gas Lamp. The bald guy was very dismissive towards me. At Bayview the receptionist was kind and ensured that I’ll have a great night staying there.
Disliked: The ceiling was leaking. and it made for an early checkout.

Liked: It looked very nice and appealing.
Disliked: The bathrooms didn’t work properly and the staff were not trained properly or didn’t know how to explain booking transaction procedures.

Disliked: Received a bill with extra $40 per night extra person charge when it was just me and my 3 children. Also parking was $60 per night.

Liked: I like the size, the view and the overall structural of the room. And I like the food and drinks very much. The service at the bar and the restaurant were great.
Disliked: It took a long time for the shower head to stop watering. And the heater was a little bit loud for me. Luckily, I don't need surroundings that is completely quiet for me to fall asleep. The first day after I checked in, the cleaning lady didn't clean my room but I am not sure whether if it was because I put on the Don't Disturb Sign between 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. at the door.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Happy hour was excellent . Your histess/waitress virdianna was super sweet in the Cafe. Same with the other man forgot his nane
Disliked: The black stuff coming up in our bathroom drain

Liked: that hotel is literally a scam , people pay all that money to stay for you have to pay for parking too and breakfast everything should come included, i will never be back
