Liked: The hotel location to the theater and choice of restaurants was excellent. The staff of the hotel were pleasant.
Disliked: There were several issues that left a very negative experience for the hotel. The crowd of people waiting over an hour for valet parking. The elevators were extremely slow with long waits every time.

Overall I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the Westin Cincinnati. This was my first stay at this hotel. The person at the registration desk was friendly and very helpful. She was knowledgeable about the area & answered all questions to my satisfaction.

Liked: Only 2 block walk to Aronoff Center. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Valet parking. The garage was full when I arrived, but with valet parking that wasn't a problem. Excellent hotel location.
