Liked: Thestaff was pleasant and efficient. The hotel is in a great location for the nearby mall & casino. Acommodations were impeccable for the price.

Liked: Beds were comfy and the morning were very nice and polite.
Disliked: The hot tub was broken which was the only reason I booked that specific hotel, I freaked out on the morning of check out when I realized my ID was not in my wallet. I went Down to the front desk and turns out they had it in the drawer, It was almost 24 hours later and the gentleman that checked me in who Wasn't very polite in the 1st place didn't even bother to call our room or notify me that my ID was still out the counter and that he didn't give it back. Very unprofessional and I would expect better service for the price I paid.

Liked: Everything was amazing. The saying is you get what you pay for, spend the extra money and stay here. Friendly staff clean rooms and spend the extra money to include breakfast its really 4 stars. One evening we were tired so we went for dinner an drinks at the hotel, phenomenal. Can't say enough about this location.

Deceitful and bad business without...
Liked: I didn't not have breakfast
Disliked: I went for a wedding and there is a discount for the wedding guests I was not allowed to book on the link so I booked at a rate of $138 per night. When I got to the hotel I explained that I was supposed to book with the wedding link with a rate of $119 instead of 138 that I booked. The staff of duty ? Cullen cancelled my booking of $138 rate and said a manager has to override it so that I can have the rate of $119 without breakfast. So my booking of $138 per night with breakfast was cancelled with the understanding that I will then pay 119 per night without breakfast. On the day of my checking out they charged me $162 per night without breakfast. I was too embarrassed to argue but I felt I have been ripped off and the whole experience has spolt the experience of the environment. Even though I did not leave any notice not to disturb my room was not checked for refill or to make the bed The manager told me that the discount for the wedding was for precovid and for rebooking this year they have changed the rate to 199 per night. I think there is no transparency and ripping off customers is not fair. I will Never stay in this hotel ever. I paid double for my initial booking without breakfastThis is not a clean way to do businessI hope I have not been charged twice from my initial booking that I was told it has been cancelled by Cullen. I'm very upset instead of paying 138 rate with breakfast I paid 162 rate without breakfast. I need a refund urgently. For an establishment like BWi this sort of business is unnecessary.
